Our Fleet

The cold waters of the North Sea produce some of the tastiest fish in the world. Our own fleet brings back cod, whiting, haddock, lemon sole, Dover sole, turbot, brill and or course prawns or langoustines.

Landed at dawn they're in our shops ready for opening time and on our delivery rounds ready to take their place on the menu.

We have made major investment in ensuring that all our fish is kept in the best possible condition. Our purpose built factory has all the latest refrigeration and processing equipment to ensure that fish landed by our fleet is kept as fresh as when it was hauled into the nets.

Professional chefs throughout the North East rely on us to provide them with the same high quality fish. Once they have made their choice from our faxed lists our fleet of refrigerated delivery vans ensures the same high quality we provide to customers who walk into our shops.
